The place is Sonny's Casino that is located on an island off the coast of Puerto Rico. The time is three years after "Life After Dark" ends. The key players are Sonny Corinthos and Dr. Simone Hardy. The other characters will include Tommy Hardy, Gina Cates, Mike Corbin, and Jason Morgan-Quartermaine…and a surprise guest or two.
